At Stout Aesthetics, we want the payment process to be simple and transparent.
We accept multiple forms of payment and offer flexible financing options through Affirm and Sunbit for eligible treatments and purchases.

CREDIT & DEBIT CARDS
We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure Aesthetic Record payment system.
CONTACTLESS PAYMENTS
Contactless payment options, including Apple Pay and compatible digital wallets, may be available when paying in person.
CASH
Cash payments are accepted for services and products.
SPLIT PAYMENTS
In many situations, your balance may be divided between more than one eligible payment method at checkout.
FLEXIBLE FINANCING OPTIONS
Financing is available through Affirm and Sunbit.
AFFIRM
Affirm allows eligible patients to divide the cost of treatment into scheduled payments rather than paying the entire balance at once.
When Affirm is selected at checkout, the patient completes the financing process through Affirm and reviews the payment plans available to them. Approved payment terms depend on eligibility, purchase amount, and other factors determined by Affirm. Stout Aesthetics receives payment through its normal payment-processing system while the patient makes payments directly to Affirm.
How to use Affirm:
Discuss your treatment plan and anticipated cost.
Select Affirm as the payment option.
Complete the eligibility/application process on your phone.
Review the available payment plans.
Select and accept the plan that works for you.
Affirm financing is subject to eligibility and approval. Rates, terms, and available payment plans vary by applicant.
SUNBIT
Patients can explore Sunbit financing before checkout or during their appointment. Sunbit uses a soft credit inquiry when checking eligibility, which Aesthetic Record states does not affect the patient's credit score. Qualified patients may be offered different payment terms depending on eligibility and purchase amount.
How to use Sunbit:
Discuss your treatment plan and anticipated cost.
Select Sunbit at checkout or explore available payment plans during your consultation.
Receive a secure link on your phone.
Complete the Sunbit eligibility process.
If approved, review and select your preferred payment plan.
Sunbit financing is subject to eligibility and approval. Available plans, APRs, and terms vary by applicant.
WHEN SHOULD I PREQUALIFY?
Because financing approvals and available offers may be time-limited, we generally recommend exploring financing close to the time you plan to receive treatment.
You do not need to arrange financing before scheduling your appointment. Financing options can also be reviewed during your visit once your treatment plan and anticipated cost are known.
Financing is provided by third-party financial institutions and is subject to their individual eligibility requirements, approval criteria, rates, and terms. Stout Aesthetics does not determine financing approval, interest rates, or repayment terms.
