Your visit starts with a conversation about your concerns, goals, medical history, previous treatments, and expectations. From there, we will discuss appropriate treatment options and develop an individualized plan based on your needs and goals.

AFTER YOU BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT
Here’s what happens next.
APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION
You will receive an email and text message confirming your appointment and providing the details of your scheduled visit.
SET UP YOUR PATIENT PORTAL
You will receive a separate email with instructions to create your secure patient portal account.
Your patient portal provides access to the forms and information needed for your upcoming appointment.

COMPLETE YOUR FORMS
Once your portal is set up, please complete your new patient consent forms and medical history forms before your appointment.
Completing your forms in advance allows us to review important information and spend more of your visit discussing your concerns and treatment goals.

We will review your medical history, medications, allergies, previous aesthetic treatments, and other information relevant to your care.

We’ll talk about the concerns that brought you in, what you would like to improve, and the type of results you are hoping to achieve.
PERSONALIZED RECOMMENDATIONS
Based on your medical history, individual anatomy, concerns, and goals, we will discuss treatment options that may be appropriate for you, along with expected outcomes, potential risks, and alternatives.
YOUR TREATMENT
When appropriate, treatment may be performed during the same visit. In some cases, additional evaluation or a separate treatment appointment may be recommended.
There is never an obligation to proceed with treatment. We want you to understand your options and feel comfortable with your treatment plan before moving forward.
